New York City published rates (https://www.getresq.com/locations/new-york-city): HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, and cooking equipment — service call $245, labor $150/hr; general repair — service call $220, labor $110/hr; plumbing — service call $264, labor $165/hr; electrical — service call $380, labor $190/hr. The service call includes the first hour of labor. After hours 1.5×. No zone or trip charges.

- ResQ Plus (https://www.getresq.com/plans/resq-plus): $250 per month per facility, billed monthly, no upfront annual commitment. $500 off repairs every month, an asset register, an annual site inspection with a capital plan, 10% off planned maintenance, and $3,000 in guaranteed savings a year if a facility has at least $500 in repairs each month. Unused monthly credit does not roll over; credits can be shared across member facilities.
- ResQ Maintain (https://www.getresq.com/plans/resq-maintain): preventive maintenance built around the equipment that actually fails, scheduled around the customer's hours. 10% off every visit when combined with ResQ Plus.
