No. Your $500 off work orders resets each month, so any amount you don't use that month doesn't carry over. Within the month, you can spread it across as many repairs as you need. Two $250 repairs use the full credit, the same as one $500 repair.
Yes. If you have ResQ Plus at more than one facility, your monthly credits can be used on work orders at any of your member locations.
