When do I start paying?

On the Basic plan, you can use the product completely free until you need more than three users who do more than request work orders.

What's the difference between a Requester user, Basic user, and Premium user?

Requester users can submit work orders for approval and are always free. Basic users can approve work orders, access asset history, and more. Premium users get additional information like repair vs replace calculators for equipment, custom reporting, and a dedicated account manager.

Do work order requesters ever require a paid license?

No, work order requesters do not require a paid license. These users can only submit a work order request, which a Basic or Premium user license can approve.

Why would I upgrade to Premium?

The Premium plan is built for multi-location operators who need advanced financial controls and dedicated support. If your user case is to track work orders and dispatch trades, then the Basic plan is for you.
